I just noticed that it’s already October! Yay! Time is running so fast, don’t you think? Before you know it, it’s already Christmas. It’s really time to start saving up for the holidays…

Happy October 1st everyone! Here’s hoping this month will be a fruitful one for all of us.

If you’ve read the last book from the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, you know that this book played a big role in the quest for the three hallows.

The book, The Tales of Beedle the Bard, is a children’s book by J.K. Rowling. It is a fictional Wizarding children’s tales by Beedle the Bard and is supposed to be the counterpart of the Muggle’s (non-magic people) fairy tales for kids.

I find the book funny and I can see myself reading a book like this if I am still a little girl. I love the 5 tales and my favorite is The Warlock’s Hairy Heart. It is a different way to teach a lesson but it is entertaining and Dumbledore’s commentary can be hilarious and sarcastic at the same time. You need not have read any of the Harry Potter books to understand Beedle. It is light reading and you can finish the book in an hour or less.

I am giving this book 5 out of 5 stars.

Actually, I’m still reading but I am too slow right now because of a schedule I am following. So instead of putting up my Current Read, I will just put a “On reading hiatus” sign for now. You will see random reviews by next week of books I’ve read in the past. These are book reviews I promised and have been too busy to write down.

Anyway, I will be back to regular blogging by Monday next week

I was planning to clean out my box of books yesterday but because of a splitting headache, I spent most of Sunday sleeping.

I will have to schedule it again within the week. I really need to do some cleaning. Some of my books I might give to cousins. I don’t have enough room for all of it anymore.

It’s so darn good! Can’t wait for the episode to air. Haven’t read about a season 3 but with the record-breaking viewership this series is getting, especially with the past 3 episodes, I doubt if HBO will stop airing a season 3.
