Book Review: Hush Hush

Hush Hush

I love buying books. Hoarding is actually the right term. Mostly fiction. I usually buy the paperback copy of a book. The hardbound is just too costly for me. Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick is one book I wasn’t able to wait for the paperback to come out. When I read the review of this book, I immediately went to the nearest bookstore and bought the hardbound copy. And it was worth it!

Nora Grey is a high school student who is not looking for romance. She is content watching her best friend Vee flirt with every boy they meet. When Patch comes along, she was inexplicably drawn to him. He has an easy smile and is oozing sexy dangerous to her. She couldn’t help but be close to him. But after some terrifying things that happened to her with Patch always nearby, she couldn’t help but question the trust she unintentionally has given him. She doesn’t know where the danger lies in but she can feel something bad is about to happen.

Little did Nora know that the danger is Patch himself. And that she is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen.

Another book that you can’t easily put down. While reading the book, I fell in love with Patch. His character is so intriguing and so sexy! I read the book in a day just because I wanted to find out what Patch’s true intentions are.

I am giving Hush Hush 4 out of 5 stars.
