I know a number of persons who are undergraduates and would want to get a degree but couldn’t leave their jobs. Of course, getting a degree requires time, to go on campus and attend classes. Thank goodness for online schools persons like those whom I know now have an option to get their degrees without having to quit their jobs.

All they need are internet connections, a couple of hours in a day, maybe less, to go and study. But they need not quit their jobs because they can take their studies at a time convenient for them.
