Attention diverted
She was only supposed go online to purchase a book she needs to review. She was browsing the net when she came upon metal detectors on sale and her attention was diverted. For an hour or two all she did was browse that site and read about metal detectors. It reminded her of the stories her grandfather told her when she was a little kid of the treasures found in one village through a small crack in the stairs.
She kept on reading about the detectors until she realized that she’s already spent a lot of time online and that she needs to go do her grocery shopping.
