The Bookworm Confessions

It’s either his books or the yamaha piccolo that his girlfriend gave him. Those are the only things keeping him going now that he is stuck in his room sick. He can’t do anything that will get him really tired so it’s only reading or playing the trumpet or watching TV.

He doesn’t know anymore what else to do when he’s bored. There are days when he’s too weak from all the medicines he’s taking so he needs to lie down the entire day and he’s drifting in and out of sleep. During those days he just listens to the radio and does not waste effort on getting up to do something else.
