I really wish I have more than enough funds to buy all the books I want. And to invest on gold bullion, too. Lately, I’ve been thinking more and more about the future. I am thinking of how I can invest my hard earned money on something that will give me back more than what a person normally earns in an investment. Of course, I want my money to grow. Who doesn’t want that? The US Gold Bureau has the information I need regarding investment in gold, silver, and other precious metals. I need to increase my funds so that I can have enough books to keep me company as I grow old.

I would be most content if my children grew up to be the kind of people who think decorating consists mostly of building enough bookshelves.

Buying books make me happy. Finding out that the book I bought was actually a good one makes me even happier!
I was asked how I select the books I buy. I actually find good books through recommendations via Twitter and Facebook and blogs. Several of the books I recently bought were ones I read about in three different blogs. I lost the url of the one I got so many book recommendations from. The other two are Fully Booked online as well as PerezHilton.com. Yes, that famous gossip blog. The site ran an ad on great summer reads. I found so many good books through that ad spot! In fact, most of the good books I bought in the past six months came from that small ad from that site.
Of course, I read reviews about each book I find just to make sure that the book is really good based on majority votes.

I wish I can say that I curled up on a couch the whole weekend and read a book or two. I can’t say that. I didn’t. I spent Saturday out of the house. Sunday, working. I kept seeing my new books at the side of my desk, waiting for me to open its pages.
Perhaps this coming weekend I can do just that. Curl up and read all weekend long.

My sister told me to stop buying so many books already. Until I can finish all the ones in my pile of unread ones, I have to stop adding to it. She has a point but what can I do? I just love buying books and it gives me pleasure to see new ones on top of my desk.
Another thing that gives me pleasure these days is the idea to buy gold bars. Yes, I am already thinking of investing my hard earned money. I need more information before pushing through with my plans so I will be spending time at the USGoldBureau.com site. Accompany me on my quest for information on gold bars. Visit the site if you are interested, too.

I know a number of persons who are undergraduates and would want to get a degree but couldn’t leave their jobs. Of course, getting a degree requires time, to go on campus and attend classes. Thank goodness for online schools persons like those whom I know now have an option to get their degrees without having to quit their jobs.
All they need are internet connections, a couple of hours in a day, maybe less, to go and study. But they need not quit their jobs because they can take their studies at a time convenient for them.

Mindy only has two jobs that she wants to have in her mind: to be a librarian and a spa attendant. She already has more than enough knowledge on how to become a librarian since she worked for three consecutive years during the summer in the local library. With regards to being a spa attendant…
There’s Regency Cosmetology School in Austin. What Mindy likes about Regency is that she will be trained on salon services before she graduates. It will be a big advantage for her when she applies for a job at a spa or salon.
So it’s either of the two jobs. She’s leaning more on being a spa attendant.
Know more about Regency at RegencyBeauty.com.

I miss my cousin! He is our go-to guy for everything IT-related, especially with computers. I just read desktop computer reviews because I am thinking of getting a set for my brother. A desktop with an LCD monitor, a computer printer and a scanner. I want a complete set for my brother.
I have my own desktop pc at home. I use it daily. My brother can’t use it for that reason. That’s why the solution I can see is just to get him one. He is taking up IT in college. He really needs to have access to his own computer so he can practice. I am getting him his own desktop within the week.

I really, really love the idea of going home and finding the bed made just right with the heated blanket on it. That means a cozy and warm bed waiting for me to sleep on.
I must admit that I am really bad with time management. That’s why sleep is becoming more of a luxury to me these days. Bad scheduling. Procrastination. And wrong priorities. I sleep less these days that’s why I always look forward to finishing work and hitting the sack.
A warm and cozy bed brought about by the heated blanket sounds like heaven to me!

Paulo is a good son. Even though he’s already grown up and earning his own money, he still thinks of his parents well being all the time. He saw an offer about the Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina healthcare plan. He quickly thought of getting his parents each a plan that they can use in case they get sick.
His parents just turned 60 last month. We can all get sick and a health plan is a backup plan should you be needing something to use in case it happens.

Debbie will be attending her best friend’s 17th birthday party. She doesn’t have enough money to buy her anything that she can use and she’s embarrassed to be asking her parents for money so what she will do is create a slide show of the photos she took of her best friend for the past five years they’ve been friends.
Pretty cool gift idea, if you ask me. Personalized and it comes from the bottom of her heart. And inexpensive!

My little girl and I are fans of Taylor Swift. We both like her songs plus the fact that she’s a really pretty young girl with a clean image fit to be a role model for the young ones. We are always on the lookout for Taylor Swift tickets because we want to watch her shows.
Our favorite Taylor Swift song is Love Story. My little girl sings it out loud whenever she hears it. I just know we will enjoy a show of hers. Hopefully we get to see one soon.

Our neighbor Mrs. Garcia put up two Duramax Vinyl Storage Sheds in their backyard. They are throwing away junk inside their attic and the items they find useful will be given away to a local charity and some will be sold in a garage sale they will hold after the clean up.
The storage sheds are very handy when you don’t have enough storage space inside the house. You can put it anywhere outside your home or even in a space inside it and it will function as such and more.

There is lust and then there is love. They are related, but still very different things. To indulge in one requires little but honeyed speech and a change of clothes; to obtain the other, by contrast, a man must give up his rib. In return, his woman will undo the sin of Eve, and bring him back into Paradise.

The newest book in my collection: Juliet by Anne Fortier.
I will read this book starting tomorrow night. And hopefully finish it before Monday. So darn excited about it!

The basement in my aunt’s house was transformed into an office for her eldest. My cousin Philippa is a freelance graphic artist. She works for several publications and since her work is increasing, my aunt thought of giving her the basement as her office. They bought a basement dehumidifier to make sure that the air in the room is clean. My cousin is asthmatic so my aunt is being cautious when it comes to my cousin’s health.
We also have a dehumidifier at home. For the little kid. Nothing beats clean air especially with a kid or a sick person inside the house.
